On Friday, 8 May 2026, the Beyond Postmemory project will host a talk at the Humanities Library, as part of the exhibition “Palestine, Culture, Identity, and Heritage.” The talk will look closely at the objects and themes featured in the display.
I will open the session with an outline of our main research and action lines on Palestine. Dr Enas Hamidi, curator of the exhibition, will then present the thinking behind the selection of artefacts and materials on display.
The event will close with contributions from two of our students, Elvira Aguilera and Hanadi Abu Jazar, who will present their research on Anglo-Palestinian literature.
The event is open and free to attend, and aims to bring the university community into dialogue with Palestinian realities.
